A close friend of mine had passed and I wanted the arrangement for her to be more personalized. I shopped around and found items to represent memories we had shared together, but wasn’t sure if-or even how-they could be incorporated into a funeral arrangement. The owner immediately put me at ease and assured me that she would make it all work and it would be beautiful. Our family arrived at the viewing to see my completed arrangement displayed on the entry table. The lighted Cracker Barrel glittered front and center, surround by each of the other random hand-picked items I had chosen.. The creation I had feared might be seen as “tacky”was absolutely perfect! Her daughter immediately thanked me for what she felt was the prettiest arrangement they had received She told me that when she first saw it she knew it HAD to be someone who knew her mom well, and the tag confirmed her suspicions. During our conversation following the funeral dinner she expressed how much the arrangement reminded her of her mom and how much she loved it. She asked me if she could be the one to take it home with her-to which I immediately agreed. Armstrong helped me to create something that I know my friend would’ve absolutely loved! Her daughter was then able to display the church, ornament, etc.; and have it in her home to remind her of her mother for their first holidays without her.

We had some miscommunication for a pickup on Valentines's Day, but they did everything reasonably possible to make it right, and that's what counts. The arrangment itself was the best I've ever purchased.
