I called several Florist to have a tropical arrangement made for our Aunt's Funeral I was on the phone two days. One Florist said they dont have any tropicals all I could say was why?;She said they weren't in Florida, that seriously blew my mind .Luckily a Florist in New Haven told me to call Armstrongs. After a busy weekend I forgot what day it was and realized it was a very important person’s birthday. I checked a couple of shops and no one could do same day delivery. After coming to terms with a late birthday gift, I ordered on the website and just put a note in the comments “if these could be delivered today it would be amazing.” It was after 1 so I figured it was a lost cause. At 3:43 I received an email confirmation that they were already delivered!! I was so impressed! The recipient said the arrangement was stunning! Absolutely incredible service!!

First time to use this florist - looked them up on Google since we don’t know the area. Had bday flowers sent to our daughter at work (same day) and the woman was so nice and patient with me picking something out and sending some pictures of things she liked! Our daughter sent a picture of what she received and we immediately called back to have them do valentines flowers for her too. The second person we talked to was just as amazing and sweet! Thrilled to have found this place!

I've used Armstrong throughout the years for my funeral flowers, and have never had an issue. They've actually gone above and beyond on a couple of occasions. First time, finances were an issue and they took what we had and did a wonderful casket spread that was obviously worth more than the money we had given them. This last time was for my son's services and they gave us a huge discount on our order. It feels like they "mourn" with us even though they don't know the family or deceased. They help so much by making it a smooth easily and extremely kind transaction. Thanks Armstrong team for doing it up so nice as always!
