To help insure on-time delivery during holiday seasons, we appreciate having your order at least 2 days prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day.
We are closed on these holidays: New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Same Day Delivery
If you order by 12:00 pm in the recipient's time zone, your delivery will be for the same day Monday through Friday.
For same-day service on the weekend please order by 10:00 am on Saturday.
Sunday funeral deliveries need to be ordered by 10 am Saturday and will be delivered Sunday by 1pm.
Deliveries times can be requested within 4 hours of ordering excluding holidays. We reserve the right to call ahead if the delivery is a significant distance or if it is late in the day.
Normal delivery times are 9am-4pm weekdays, 8am-noon Saturdays with exceptions being made for early events (Please call us for these situations). During major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we may offer extended hours and delivery times, please call to verify.
Sympathy orders for funerals are a high priority for our team. We will do our best to deliver 2 hours prior to the first visitation.
We appreciate the following details:
Name of Deceased, Location, Time and Date of the First Visitation. Most funeral arrangements only allow for deliveries at designated times. If you have selected a delivery date/time outside of the funeral homes instructions, we will deliver per the funeral home's instructions.
Please consider having your gift delivered directly to the family home as there may be many private memorials for the family to transport after the funeral.
Public High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Teacher deliveries are accepted when orders are placed by 11 am on day of delivery and are only guaranteed to be delivered by end of school day.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
If no one is home
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may leave your gift in a safe place for the recipient- WEATHER and SAFETY PERMITTING. We will leave a door tag and voice mail with the recipient's phone number you provided on your order regarding the disposition of the delivery. If we need to bring your item back to the shop, we will need the recipient to call us to arrange for redelivery which may be the next delivery day or to pick up the item at our shop if they prefer.
If the recipient's address given was incorrect and delivery was attempted, there may be a $10 address correction fee for redelivery. Although we will attempt to find the correct address, we are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
We REQUIRE the Recipient's phone number- we find their mobile phone# is especially helpful.
Canceling or Changing an Order
Your order is processed on your credit card when you place the order and may not be available for changes or cancellations if the item(s) are in production and/or in the delivery que.
Request to leave item at door
The customer assumes all liability when you ask us to leave the item especially in freezing or hot weather conditions. We will not be held responsible for missing or damaged/faulty product due to this special request.
Recipient refusal of delivery
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you will be held fully liable for the cost of the order.
The message that you write in the Card Message field is what is sent with the gift. We do not include any billing information with your order. We will not send a card with inappropriate or crude language. Cards must contain an identifiable signature, initials are acceptable. Anonymous cards are not accepted.
