Substitution/Return Policy

Fresh Flowers
We are committed to delivering your flowers as you ordered, on time and in excellent condition. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. Please let us know if you need assistance in caring for your order.
Non-Perishable Gift Items
If you are not satisfied with a non-perishable gift item, you may return it (excluding holiday items) to our shop for an exchange of equal value or a refund within 10 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Balloons
Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders as hospitals and facilities may not allow latex balloons.
Plants
Green and blooming plants have unique growth patterns and styles. In some cases, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type but may substitute with another color. Damaged containers will be replaced with as similar a container as possible.
Substitutions for Special Occasions
Deliveries for special occasions (funerals, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.) may require us to make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery. In some cases, the flowers you requested may not be available. If we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided in time to make the delivery, we will substitute with the closest flowers/colors that are available.
