When the bouquet I ordered for Mother's Day was not up to the usual quality, they promptly refunded me and sent a new one to my mother who was absolutely thrilled. Very happy with the exceptional customer service and commitment to their customers.

They called promptly and fixed their mistake when we were disappointed with the bouquet we sent for Mother's Day. The woman who called was apologetic and immediately sent a new bouquet to my mom to make up for it. The new bouquet was stunning! We are very happy with that level of customer service.

This past Saturday our grandson got married and Armstrong Florist did the flowers. Since we live in another state we knew nothing about area florists. Armstrong Florist did a spactular job. The arrangements and table pieces were beautiful Many great complements were made I'm told the photographer even put a comment on her website about Armstrong.
